And as a Caretaker with Bellrock you’ll do it by

Supervising of the Maintenance Supervisor, assist and maintain the efficient operation of the building. Undertake a wide range of site housekeeping duties and general labouring type duties around the site, including porterage, maintenance tasks and reactive daytime cleaning.
- To aid delivery of all services in line with contractual obligations.
- To undertake the movement of furniture, deliveries, stores and equipment as required.
- Carry out non-routine ‘daytime cleaning tasks, such as spillages.
- Open premises, facilities and grounds to meet the routine and non-routine requirements of the building occupants daily.
- Locking premises as required.
- Carry out emergency repairs to ensure the building security is maintained.
- Ensure that hard surfaces are free from weeds.
- Daily litter picking of the site.
- Drain gullies remain free flowing and clean.
- Cleaning of all external hard areas.
- Cleaning of low-level windows, frames and doors.
- Removal of graffiti.
- Distribute rock salt on pathways, driveways, roads, steps and play areas as required.
- Snow clearance as required.
- Assist with planned preventative and general maintenance tasks.
- Cover for Cleaning Supervisor during periods of absence as necessary (hours of duty would be adjusted to cover such instances).
- Required to attend to out of hours call outs for any alarm activations.
