**EQUANS is looking for a **Caretaker to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis to be responsible for the undertaking of caretaking tasks across the Leeds PFI Contract This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
- What will you deliver?_
- Understand the aims and objectives of Equans and your service area, together with your role in service delivery.
- Ensure that the services provided are to the highest quality/standard with due recognition of client and customer requirements and ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with Equans customer care values and Equal Opportunities Policies
- Participate in a team working approach to the allocation of duties, supporting and working effectively with colleagues to provide good working relationships within the service.
- Assisting with the site cleaning team.
- Reporting of and defects within the communal buildings and supporting areas outside the common areas.

- Who are we looking for?_
- Experience of having undertaken similar previous Caretaking experience.
- Professional, proficient and proactive in approach
- Enjoys and is able to work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and plan accordingly.

This role includes a basic DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
