My clients are one of London and North Kent’s most successful and ambitious property companies. Incorporating different brands, they currently have over 30 offices.

They are currently looking for Experienced Sales Negotiators.

The ideal Sales Negotiator will be well presented and tenacious with experience working to targets and deadlines as well as a sound Estate Agency or Property background and it would be beneficial to have experience working within a Greater London based estateagency.

My client offers a wide range of career opportunities with clear pathways for progression and full training through their Academy.

**The role will involve**:

- Qualifying potential buyers
- Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
- Viewing properties
- Negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers through to sales conclusion whilst delivering the Highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
- You will also be responsible for referral of Mortgage Business and other related services.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE Qualifications in English and Maths (minimum)
- UK Driving License and your own vehicle (with business insurance)
- Fully referenced employment history

- Basic salary £18-20,000
- £4200 Car allowance
