Sacco Mann

My client are a well-established firm with offices across the East Midlands who are on the lookout for an experienced fee earner to join their Private Client department in Beeston, Nottingham. Having been established for over 120 years, my client have gone from strength to strength as they continue to expand the wider business. This opportunity is suited to a Chartered Legal Executive or an unqualified fee earner, qualified by experience in Private Client matters.

The role:

- Managing a varied Private Client caseload of wills, probate, LPAs and some Court of Protection matters
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and contacts to ensure a high level of legal services are provided
- Working to deadlines, meeting billing targets and working with a methodical approach to your files
- Utilising the case management software to organise your caseload as well as produce relevant documentation
- Maintaining a high level of teamwork within the department and wider firm
- In order to be considered for this role you must be an experienced Fee Earner from a Private Client background with a track records of meeting billing targets
- You must be personable with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships
- Solid client care skills are a must as you will be liaising with all walks of life
- Experience in handling your own caseload and prioritising competing deadlines is essential to be successful in this role
