My client is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Private Client Fee Earner at their Nottingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of private client matters. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and provide them with expert legal advice on matters such as wills, probate, estate planning, and powers of attorney. The role involves managing your own caseload from initial instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters
- Advising on and drafting on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on, creating and administering Trusts
- Administration of Estates
- General Estate Planning
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise and negotiate with clients, external parties, and other legal professionals.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience as a Private Client Fee Earner and strong knowledge and understanding of private client law, including wills, estate planning, and powers of attorney. You will have relevant legal qualifications and memberships (e.g., Chartered Legal Executive or STEP).
