This role responsible for the delivery of the region's total business performance in sales, profit, people and organisational development as well as driving resolution and improvement of region-wide systemic issues (market, customer, product, supply chainmanagement, etc). This role includes increasing the brands market penetration in the European market through network expansion and capitalising the organisation's core competencies.

One of the fastest-growing restaurant companies in the world. It operates in 33 countries and has eight wholly-owned brands, two co-owned brands and five franchised brands.

**Description**
- Facilitates the network expansion growth target for the region.
- Recommends improvements and best practices on profitability systems, programs and policies;
- Develops strategic plan for the improvement of FSC in attaining targets.
- Develops and implements an organisation plan, consistent with and appropriate to the accomplishment of long range established objectives and which will enhance each individual division's effectiveness, delineating responsibilities and providing inter-divisioninteraction and defining supporting relationships.
- Conducts and maintains relationships with key accounts, industry, trade associations, government representatives, public service organisations, customers and vendors necessary to protect and push forward company's interests and objectives

**Profile**
- Broad and in-depth experience in a QSR or casual dinning in a managerial or senior level capacity
- Experience in a central head office role
- Expertise in region-wide business management and development Expertise in the different overall business knowledge in the assigned region
- Innovation both in processes and systems is expected in the formulation and execution of the strategies to ensure achievement of regional targets as well as for continuous improvement
