The company is currently expanding and wishes to appoint a Control Panel Workshop Operative

**Control Panel Workshop Operative**

**Scotts Ref**: CPWO0524

**Contract**: Full time / Permanent

**Working Hours**: 38 hours

**Salary**:Negotiable and based on experience.

**Reporting To**: Workshop Manager

**Location**: Unit C2, 20 Heron Rd, Belfast Harbour Estate, Belfast BT3 9LE

**All Training will be provided for this role.**

**Main Responsibilities**

**After training, your responsibilities will include**:

- Assembling Modular Steelwork;
- Installation of electrical control panel components;
- Drilling, cutting, fitting out of control panel doors.
- Demonstrate their ability for drive and enthusiasm in completing their workload and have the ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Be a good team member and demonstrate ability to work unsupervised.
- Good organisational skills including time management.
- Ability to liaise successfully with management, operational, technical and engineering staff to ensure delivery of effective and efficient service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet client requirements

**Essential Criteria**
- Proven experience in use of hand and power tools

**Desirable Criteria**
- Control Panel / Switchboard manufacturing experience;
- Hold a full driving license
- Previous Workshop Experience

**Benefits**
- 38 hours per week, 2pm early finish on Fridays
- Paid overtime after 38 hours. Sunday double time.
