The co-manufacturing buyer is responsible for managing the procurement activities within the network of our co-producers.

**The co-manufacturing buyer will be responsible for**:
**Portfolio strategy**:
Develops relevant negotiation and portfolio strategies in collaboration with the procurement manager resulting into a yearly action plan.

Maintain & develop effective relationships with new & existing suppliers of the different product categories and manages them on a strategic and operational levels always keeping price competitiveness, contingency, quality & sustainability into consideration.

Is able to analyse market information and processes this into a concrete sourcing strategy.

Makes sure that the jointly chosen sourcing strategy will be executed accordingly.

**Process**:
Uses the existing sourcing processes and structures to support the business strategy.

Works integrated with internal key stakeholders (NPD, technical, sales, leadership team ) and external stakeholders (suppliers) in order to achieve our business objectives and support the company growth.

**Contracting**:
Concludes framework contracts incl. service level agreements with finding an optimum balance between costs, supply-reliability and quality based on the Lotus philosophy of “total cost of ownership”.

**Reporting**:
Is able to prepare & give business & project updates, both internally & externally

Gives inputs for the various financial reports

**Systems**:
Preferably has previous experience using SAP

You hold a Business Master’s degree combined with minimum 3 years previous experience in procurement, preferably in a FMCG/Food business
You are passionate about achieving results, meeting KPI’s and sharing your skills and knowledge to help others develop and grow.
Readiness to work in a fast growing entrepreneurial brand where flexibility is a must
Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
Team Player with a hands on mentality
Able to work in autonomy
Very proficient user of Excel
Previous experience with SAP is a nice have
