**Overview**:
An exciting new opportunity to join a busy construction company in Woking

My client is looking for an enthusiastic experienced administrator to join the dynamic team.

Reporting into the Office Manager, this role will involve speaking to home owners and clients to ensure all bookings are made within the timeframes. You will also be required to manage the contractors diaries to make sure they are booked in correctly onthe system.

**You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative.**

**Recruitment**
- Writing job adverts
- Posting on job boards.

**Logistics**:

- Managing all fleet vehicles making sure servicing and general maintenance is kept up to date.
- Working with the garage to make sure the PMI schedule for all HGV's is up to date
- Update database with all leasing dates, MOT and tax checks.

**What we are looking for???....**
- Experience working within the construction industry is ideal but not essential.
- Strong I.T Skills - MS packages
- Strong Attention to detail
