To work within the main centre of the town of Falkirk in highlighted areas to engage young people, offer advice and guidance, and promote personal safety and personal responsibility. Shifts are normally 4hrs and the majority are 4pm to 8pm, with potentially different times during school holidays. Staff work in groups of 3.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Engaging young people on the streets of Falkirk - Facilitating educational sessions on the streets around personal safety and relationships - Reporting and updating management - Ensuring all paperwork is completed to a high standard and on-time - Working evenings and/or weekends - Responsible for safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults - Responsible for Health & Safety

Experience: - Experience of working with young people - Experience of working with 'challenging' young people - Experience in partnership working - Experience of working unsocial hours

Skills: - Confident with a can-do attitude - Good communication skills - Excellent engagement skills - Flexibility in terms of working hours and addressing changing priorities - Ability to work to a deadline - Reliable and punctual - Dedication and commitment

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
