We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Enrolment Manager/Patient Navigator Associate to provide support to our clinical trial patients via the Patient Navigator Service.

**Job Purpose**

The Navigator will engage participants, create a trusting relationship and address barriers the participants may be experiencing.

Initially, you will be servicing participants from only one study; however, this has the potential to change over time. You will field a variety of questions pertaining to the study protocol, visit schedule, site logistics and provide emotional support.

Additionally, you will be expected to manage multiple queries simultaneously and respond quickly using resources available to find a resolution in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to queries within agreed upon timeframe and provide information and support to a wide range of inquiries.(general trial understanding, appointment queries, protocol specific questions and general emotional well-being support).
- Recognise queries that require triage to emergency services or additional input from the clinical site supporting the patient, the Innovative Trials HQ team or the client/sponsor. Review open, ongoing and closed queries to ensure patient requests are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide summary reports of navigator activities, queries and resolutions to the project management team and study site.
- Complete regular review of reference guides and manuals and provid recommendations for updates.
- Complete one proactive call for each study participant to introduce the service benefits, communication methods and purpose.
- Request and upload daily study enrolment reports.
- Follow up with participants as needed via their preferred method of communication to ensure they received the care and guidance they need.

**Key Attributes/Skills/Education**
- 1-2 plus years of clinical research experience
- GCP certification
- Adhere to HIPAA and GCP regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support patients with a wide range of needs
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficient in excel, word, power point, skype
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precision instructions and criteria
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills is desired
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Excellent home internet connection
