**Office Manager**
Our client, a small and family owned passionate business, based in Enysham has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Office Manager.
In this busy and varied role you will provide a number of vital duties to support the team.
The role is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with potential for career progression.
**The Role**
- Answering/dealing with telephone calls
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Purchasing of parts related to the business
- Logging deliveries and arranging shipping of goods
- Maintaining the database
- Arranging appointments
- Experience in Administration specificifor a small company/industrial or engineering company is highly desirable
- Computer literate
- knowledge of word and excel
- Proactive and organised attitude
- Happy to chip in to all areas of the business when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Tact and discretion
- Driving Licence is essential to get to their office**The Benefits**
