As a food industry technical graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with seasoned industry professionals, and contribute to the creation of high-quality, innovative food products that reach customers all over the world. Our Technical team is vital to ensuring that all our delicious products are produced safely to our customer's specifications and high standards.

Food safety and integrity are the highest priority at each of our manufacturing sites and we rely on our graduates to ensure these processes and standards are upheld to the highest standard.

**What does the scheme look like?**
- Learning the full life cycle of our products from farm to fork, which includes time on our farms and in our manufacturing facilities
- Gaining an understanding of traceability systems
- Full understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and how it relates to our factory procedures and processes
- Working with our New Product Development and Production teams on product specifications for new and existing product launches
- Understanding of our product supply chains, working with our supply chain assurance team
- Working with our group compliance team to understand our internal auditing systems, legislation, accreditation schemes and customer requirements
- Shadowing and supporting the Technical teams with project work, which may involve liaison with our key customers, suppliers and industry bodies
- As part of the scheme, you will also spend periods of time in other departments learning how the wider business operates and how the technical team supports other function at site and group levels

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for passionate individuals, who are keen to pursue a career within the Technical function of an FMCG business. A Food Science or STEM related degree are desirable to be considered for our Technical Graduate Programme. Graduates should be adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies, whilst displaying the ability to work independently or within a team. A resilient attitude and progressive approach are essential to succeeding within our fast-paced industry.
