- To achieve daily shipping requirements and to achieve Quality KPI’s in terms of dispatch accuracy.
- Adhere to local and international Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
- Ensure Air Security and HF/HS procedures are always followed to keep the product secure.
- Stock Movement & Stock Control - Ensure that stock movements (Allocating/Goods-in, Picking & Dispatching) follow good process disciplines and are transacted accurately. Make sure that stock discrepancies are reported in a timely manner.
- Pallet Building - Make sure that Picking and Pallet Building is accurate and complies with specific customer requirements.
- Shipping & Invoicing - Make sure that any issues preventing timely and accurate shipping are communicated through the right channels. Ensure shipments are cleared effectively. Follow defined process steps for the administration of shipping documentation and invoicing.
- Loading - Make sure that vehicles are loaded in a safe and effective manner.
- Collate and record process and efficiency data as required.
- Administration - support the running of the Admin Desk, during busy periods/holidays.
- Be a member of a results orientated team demonstrating continuous improvement whilst meeting the needs of the business and Key performance Indicators. Always remember you will be one of the last people to touch the product before it arrives with the customer and our obligation to pass it on with pride.
- Demonstrate professionalism to maintain the respect of both internal peers and Customers.
- Attend courses as required to ensure your qualification for air freight handling and awareness of legal requirements.
- Seek to implement methods of continuous improvement, including productivity into your daily activity.

**Qualifications, Experience and Profile**:

- Very good computer skills, keyboard entry
- Proven experience of working in a manufacturing, dispatch, or warehouse environment
- Be able to organise Stock movement, transfer, transactions to a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience of Administration role essential
- Previous experience of export admin desirable but full training can be given to someone with good organisation skills.
- Success applicants will undergo DBS and background checks and will be required to pass an airfreight security course.
