Opus Vitae are actively recruiting for a **Supply Chain Administrator** on behalf of our client who are a food manufacturer based within **Newtown**.

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 4:30pm.

**Salary**: £30,000 per annum.

**Experience we are looking for...**
- **Minimum of 2-3 years experience within an administrative role, preferably with knowledge of import and export process knowledge**:

- Strong PC skills
- Good time management & organisational skills to meet timescales/deadlines
- Ability to pick up processes & computerised systems
- Self-motivated & able to generate own workload when required

**Your Daily Responsibilities will include...**
- Receiving and processing a high volume of orders using the in-house system and send order acknowledgements
- Check prices on orders with commercial
- Book in deliveries with customers
- Resolve transport queries
- Despatch orders from Depot
- Being a key point of contact for customers regarding all customer orders queries
- Assist the Supply Chain Team with other duties in line with this role.
- Assisting with import and export processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newtown, Powys: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (required)
- Import/Export: 1 year (required)
