We will provide both on and off the job training. You will part of a supportive team with a clear career pathway both within Business Support and the wider Council.

**What do Business Support do?**
- Working for Business Support you will be providing administrative support to teams in Children's Services. This will involve a variety of tasks from answering the phones and dealing with visitors, to taking minutes in multi agency meetings. You will be recording in citizen records, you will be making appointments with citizens or other professionals, dealing with finance through SAP system, cash handling and income recording, processing payments to companies and individuals, you will be downloading information. You will communicate with a variety of both internal and external customers.- Training will be provided for all elements of the role. The role will be supporting Children's Services teams who provide Family Contact, Family Support and interventions and Social Work.

**You will need to have**:

- This post, although mainly based at Longsight Office, will provide cover at the following sites each week, Acorns on Burton Road, Frenchbarn Lane in Blackley, Alonzi House in Ardwick and Williow Vue in Gorton
Car use is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided for all elements of the role. The role will be supporting Children's Services teams who provide Family Contact, Family Support and interventions and Social Work.**About Us**:
