**JOB ROLE**

As an individual contributor, responsibilities include the following:

- Scrum management RnR across multiple delivery teams (i.e. Platform or Product Release Trains or Projects)
- Proficient in scrum team leadership as well being responsible for traditional Project Management practices
- Maintains deep platform technical solid understanding and discernment enabling backlog grooming, maturity and readiness for platform teams to implement
- Handle, measure and improve Agile, Lean practice implementation across SSD portfolio
