**Events & Campaign Coordinator**

**Job spec**

Responsible for event management (branded and trade shows), and planning digital marketing activities to help build our online brand presence whilst promoting our products and services to generate MQLs.

Duties will include planning, executing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, and managing event logistics. You will have experience in events, marketing and social media management. With a keen eye for attention to detail and an analytical mind.

**Responsibilities**

Working closely with the VP of Global Marketing and in line with the wider marketing strategy, the Events and Campaign Coordinator will manage a comprehensive events schedule, build and drive a digital marketing programme to; drive traffic to the corporate website and strengthen the brand’s online presence using digital and social channels to acquire MQLs.

- ABM campaigns
- Employee advocacy to increase and maintain social engagement
- Assess and optimise digital activity to increase conversion rates and results
- Evaluate and improve the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

and customer touch points
- Effectively measure and report on performance and ROI across all digital activities

against KPIs
- Develop and set up lead nurturing campaigns using the marketing automation tool
- Maintain the website
- Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for branded events and trade shows,

including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management
- Support digital and live event planning, including; podcasts and webinars
- Identify the latest trends and technologies impacting digital marketing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an events and digital marketing role
- In-depth knowledge of social media channels, web analytics, and best practices
- Working knowledge of MarTech and digital tools such as HubSpot Marketing

Automation, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Creative and analytical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keeps abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27.00-£35.00 per year
