Internal Sales Person

An exciting opportunity to join a leading national supplier of heating systems, specialising in underfloor heating and press plumbing products. They pride themselves on providing high quality components, first-class customer service, and technical knowledgeto their customers.
**Internal Salesperson**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicating with B2B customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads, appointment setting for external sales team
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Supporting External Area Sales Managers.
**The ideal Internal Sales Person will possess the following skills / experience**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent time management
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Understanding of the sales cycle
**Package**:
- Salary - £24k -£30k per annum
- Commission available after probation
- Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
- On a Friday lunch is supplied by our client
- 25 Days Holiday plus Banks
