The Best Connection is looking for a Admin Assistant at a well-established company in DN8 area
**Assignment details**:
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 09:00-17:00 (full time)
**Responsibilities**:
- To provide full administrative support for the company Operations Manager.
- Carry out numerous tasks on various systems, making speedy precise and financially beneficial decisions for both the business and our customer.
- To work in collaboration with the technical teams to ensure that a class-leading service is delivered to the client and end-users.
- All actions are to be coordinated in a manner to ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Will include various other administrative tasks.
**Skills required**:
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Service minded
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience in excel and Microsoft use.
**After 12 weeks service there is a chance to become a permanent employee.**
