**Job overview**:
The purpose of this post is to lead on the individual therapy pathway within the Children and Young People’s Eating Disorder Service (CYPEDS). The post sits alongside the other clinical leads for CYPEDS; the lead for Family Therapy & Family Based Treatment, and the lead for the CYPEDS Intensive Support & Liaison Service. It also sits alongside the overall Team Manager.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder will have an excellent understanding of the range of treatment modalities recommended for eating disorders within NICE. They will be confident in managing and supporting clinicians with complex cases including high levels of risk. The role will involve delivering NICE approved treatments for eating disorders, as well as supervising members of staff within the individual therapy pathway. It will involve being responsible for collating outcome measures and supporting the team manager in putting together business cases for further development of the pathway. It will involve leading on the group program and further developing links in transition pathways with the adult eating disorder service, and FREED.
