**Sales Representative**

The Sales Representative role is responsible for providing administrative and customer support to ensure effective operation of the Vision Glasgow sales department. The Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with questions regarding products, ordering process, returns, and general administrative support.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous administrative experience in a retail, office or warehouse environment preferred
- Proficiency in English required; bilingual preferred
- Ability to multi-task, organize work and meet deadlines are key skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team of employees
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (in person)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to include tracking orders, assisting with returns, and general clerical tasks
- Provide customer service to customers including questions regarding products, ordering process, returns and general administrative support.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Work with other departments such as Inventory, Dispatch, and Logistics to ensure order entry is complete before it gets sent out.
- Maintain communication with internal customers regarding their orders.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.

**Salary**: £27,368.00-£31,470.00 per year
