**Your team**

The role will be responsible for business partnering with the UKI Technology & Product LT & Business. It will be instrumental in driving further EBITDA growth in the UKI Division Estate through strong cost control and supporting the business in finding opportunities to drive growth, delivering strong Return on Investments.

**What you’ll do**
- Key business partner to the Technology & Product LT
- Support the Head of Finance and UK&I in driving the UK&I division to strong cost control and EBITDA targets
- Playing an instrumental role with the partner in maximising opportunities
- Identification and delivery of costs saving programme: seeing opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency, includes working closely with the business and procurement teams on cost control
- Leading the finance support on key commercial negotiations across Flutter UK&I for significant third-party suppliers
- Support in the production of cases for all CAPEX investment in the division, ensure a strong Return on Investment
- Deliver monthly performance reviews for all areas of responsibility
- Lead preparation of budgets and forecasts for the UKI Technology & Product
- Manage the quarterly budget and forecasting cycle, ensuring partners are fully engaged in P&L impact of assumptions and that targets are challenging but achievable
- Develop close relationships across the wider UKI finance function
- Support in delivering monthly performance reviews

**How you’ll do it**
- Highly numerate with strong financial knowledge and analytical skills.
- Proven experience of business partnering and commercial competence, able to communicate financial performance to senior partners, simplify complex information and influence decision making.
- Strong communication, storytelling, influencing, collaboration and relationship building skills
- Results oriented, with the ability to make decisions quickly when vital and the resilience to challenge.
