**EB Recruitment is delighted to bring to the market an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrator/Secretary to join this firms busy Private Client department. This is a new position created due to growth within the team.**

**Based within the firm’s Edinburgh office and supporting a number of fee earners alongside a team of secretaries, this role will involve**:

- Opening and closing of client files
- Undertake AML procedures
- Coordinate and create client correspondence
- Prepare relevant documentation for the team - letters of engagement, fee notes etc
- Answering telephones, assisting with queries or diverting calls to relevant contact
- Booking meeting rooms
- Assisting with fee earners diary appointments
- Where required, liaise with clients
- Assist with filing, storage and archiving within the team
- Undertake any further administrative tasks required by the fee earning team

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience of Private Client processes would be advantageous but not essential, support and training will be provided
- IT proficient - MS Office packages and Legal software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Team player
- Possess attention to detail

**Additional Information**:

- This position is office based only
- Full Time and Part Time hours will be considered

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
