**Aquilo recruitment are currently working with a family run business on the outskirts of Hessle who are looking to add a sales administrator to their team on a part time basis of 18-20 hours per week, Days and times are flexible, This person mustbe good with excel and be able to navigate it comfortably. The offices are open plan and will be sat with the rest of the team. It would suit someone who is resilient and likes to get stuck in to tasks.**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Raising all sales invoices
- Logging of all orders
- Management of PC based filling systems.
- Answering any calls.
- Calculate percentages and square meters for documents

**Skills**:

- Prior employment in an office based environment
- IT skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and prioritising work.
- Must be able to work without supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills dealing with staff and managers.

**Benefits**:

- 12/13ph
- 20 days Holiday plus bank (pro rata)
- Pension
