The Community Partnerships Service is about to undertake an exciting workforce review to ensure the service is better placed to support, enable and protect individuals and communities and is looking for someone to manage the Anti-Social Behaviour Team whilst this programme of work is taking place. You will manage the Community Safety Team and ensure the effective and efficient resolution to Anti-Social Behaviour cases and unauthorised encampments in Reading.

**About the role**

This additional Team Leader post will provide much needed capacity within the Community Partnerships Service whilst the Workforce Review is undertaken. It will focus on the Domestic Abuse aspect of the role to ensure we have adequate support to develop and implement our new Strategy Action Plan and commission new Domestic Abuse Services.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of the Domestic Abuse & Safe Accommodation Strategy
- To ensure effective contract monitoring of the commissioned Domestic Abuse support contracts.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment and of team working.
- Experience of performance management and monitoring.
- Experience of partnership working within a multi-agency environment within the field of community safety.
- Experience of working with elected members.
