As a team leader/Supervisor for our Admissions Team you will be key in delivering an outstanding customer experiences for our visitors, ensuring their time with us is a memorable one, using your vibrant personality to lead your team in giving visitors the warmest of welcomes and a reason to return.

As a Team Leader you will set clear goals and deadlines for employees, delegating tasks and motivating team members to achieve specific objectives. You will also measure the team’s performance and create an environment that promotes growth. Duties include:

- Preparation of staff planning for the customer service team, ensuring all jobs/tasks are staffed and cover is implemented
- Enforce good timekeeping
- Lead by example in delivering enthusiastic and welcoming customer service
- Identify staff training needs
- Deliver appropriate training
- Managing customer service assistants, working alongside other Department Supervisors and Managers to ensure each department is running smoothly and efficiently each day
- Covering staff lunches and breaks
- Ensuring staff roles/procedures are executed correctly, identifying training needs and delivering practical training and support
- Mentoring new starts in the department
- Liaising with the Assistant Manager regarding day to day technical, security and health & safety issues within all the buildings.
- As a key holder responsible for the unlocking and locking of the Attraction, The Main Shop, Silverbadge Workshop and Laundrama securely

**You will**:
Have experience as a team leader, working in a busy customer-facing environment

Have lots of passion and enthusiasm

Understand the value of exceptional customer service

Be organised

Be able to manage your time efficiently

Be able to motivate team members

Develop ways to incentivise team members

**General Duties include**:
Dealing with general enquiries or problems relating to customers

Setting up entrance area

Organising, Overseeing and directing the team

Allocating breaks

Serving customers

Dealing with complex queries and resolving complaints

Observing and recording operational and maintenance problems

Presence in the main entrance during the day

Any other reasonable tasks as required by the Chief Operating Officer, Assistant Manager or Directors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
