We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team

Reporting to the Production Manager, the role of Production supervisor is to lead and manage the designated area in production. Meet daily/weekly production targets and take actions to ensure the most efficient and safe use of company resources.
**Responsibilities**
- Actively promote and deliver improved health and safety behaviours and culture.
- Lead, manage and motivate team members in area of responsibility.
- Ensure daily/weekly production targets are achieved to agreed quality standards.
- Support the Production Manager in anticipating and identifying challenges and risks to production.
- Maintain standards for housekeeping for area of responsibility.
- Develop team members and maintain skills matrix, training and succession plans.
- Assist with any other elements of the day to day running of the production line.
- Assist with the monitoring, reviewing and addressing personnel under performance, capability and sickness in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
**Skills & Experience**
- Good communication skills (written & oral)
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate strong team building and people management skills.
- Work and cope under pressure and within a fast paced, ever-changing environment - to include making decisions with the required amount of urgency.
- IT skills.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced production line environment.
- Knowledge of caravan build processes
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
