**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage classrooms when regular teachers are absent.
- Ensure students' behavior and engagement conform to school policies.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of learning materials.
- Support students with their learning and provide guidance as needed.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage a classroom effectively.

A passion for working with secondary school students.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.

A background in education is a plus but not required.
