Ar hyn o bryd rydym yn chwilio am Reolwyr Cymwysterau i ymuno â ni yn llawn amser. Gellir trafod ceisiadau am batrymau gweithio amgen, gan gynnwys rhan-amser a rhannu swydd, yn y cyfweliad. Mae gennym saith cyfle ar gael yn barhaol gydag un contract cyfnodpenodol ar gyfer cyfnod o absenoldeb mamolaeth. Byddai gennym ddiddordeb mewn ystyried ceisiadau am gyfle secondiad o hyd at ddwy flynedd ar gyfer pob rôl, gyda’r posibilrwydd o sefydlogrwydd.

- 30 diwrnod o wyliau blynyddol pro rata (a gwyliau cyhoeddus a chau swyddfeydd dros y Nadolig)

**Y Rôl**
Fel Rheolwr Cymwysterau, byddwch yn rheoli, datblygu a chyflwyno prosiectau a rhaglenni gwaith sy'n ymwneud ag adolygu a diwygio cymwysterau galwedigaethol a thechnegol.
Gan greu amserlen ar gyfer gweithredu prosiectau a gweithgareddau, byddwch yn sicrhau bod amcanion yn cael eu cyflawni ar amser, o fewn y gyllideb ac yn unol â gofynion ansawdd a chyfreithiol.
Yn ogystal, byddwch yn:

- Arwain a rheoli tîm bach o staff
- Adolygu a dadansoddi tystiolaeth gymhleth
- Datblygu dealltwriaeth o ddyletswyddau statudol, polisïau, meini prawf, amodau a chanllawiau
- Meithrin perthnasoedd cadarnhaol ag amrywiaeth o randdeiliaid

- Profiad o ymgysylltu a thrafod ag ystod eang o randdeiliaid
- Dealltwriaeth o'r dulliau o ddatblygu, adolygu, rheoleiddio a/neu sicrhau ansawdd cymwysterau a/neu raglenni addysg
- Y gallu i gyfleu gwybodaeth gymhleth yn glir
Byddai rhuglder yn y Gymraeg o fudd i'ch cais. Ein nod yw penodi o leiaf un siaradwr Cymraeg rhugl ar gyfer y rolau hyn.
Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer y rôl hon yw 30 Ionawr 2023.
Cynhelir cyfweliadau ar-lein neu yn ein swyddfa yn ystod yr wythnosau sy’n dechrau ar y 6ed a’r 13eg Chwefror 2023.

**About Us**
We are Qualifications Wales, the independent organisation responsible for regulating general and vocational qualifications in Wales. We focus on publicly funded qualifications, including GCSEs, A-Levels and vocational qualifications.

**The Role**
As a Qualifications Manager, you will manage, develop and deliver projects and programmes of work relating to the review and reform of vocational and technical qualifications.
Creating a schedule for the implementation of projects and activities, you’ll ensure objectives are delivered on time, within budget and in line with quality and legal requirements.
Additionally, you will:

- Lead and manage a small team of staff
- Review and analyse complex evidence
- Develop an understanding of statutory duties, policies, criteria, conditions and guidance
- Build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
**About You**
To be considered as a Qualifications Manager, you will need:

- Experience working at a management level in a regulatory, qualifications development or quality assurance context
- Experience in the qualifications, education or training sectors
- Experience managing projects
- Experience engaging and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders
- An understanding of the approaches to the development, review, regulation and/or quality assurance of qualifications and/or education programmes
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly
The closing date for this role is 30th January 2023.
Interviews will be held online or in our office during the weeks commencing the 6th and the 13th February 2023.
