Telephone Receptionist

Teemore Engineering Ltd is a true market leader in supplying Cattle Housing and Handling Equipment to the farming industry throughout the UK and Ireland. As we approach our busy season, we are seeking a Telephone Receptionist to join the team in our Head Office.
As a Telephone Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls. You will be responsible for promptly answering and directing calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding them on to the appropriate person using our CRM.
In addition to direct phone duties, you will also be required to provide admin support to the transport manager which will involve but is not limited to, generating batch customer invoices and preparing the necessary paperwork for orders to be despatched by courier.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Have a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Have a clear understanding of office environments
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate.
