At Siemens, we are on an exciting journey to reinvent our approach to hiring, companywide- The
- **Global Lead (f/m/d) Strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) Initiatives**, reporting directly to the Global Head of TA, will be responsible for crafting, leading, and executing function-critical company initiatives throughout the global Talent Acquisition portfolio.- The individual in this role will lead across the People & Organization (P&O) Ecosystem and will partner with key stakeholders, such as Global Business Services (GBS), to ensure the effective execution of critical initiatives for redefining talent acquisition (TA). The goal is not only to deliver the TA core transformation initiatives but to improve the existing designs and define strategic roadmaps while crafting and leading TA into emerging spaces.-
You know how to lead hands-on large-scale global implementations within a complex corporate environment and with the ability to drive projects forward in a hyper-collaborative manner.You should be well-rounded, adaptable, and able to navigate teams through ambiguous scenarios.**What part will you play?**
- You will lead and re-imagine TA initiatives to ensure full value realization by balancing and stabilizing global deployments and hyper-care periods
- In addition, you cut across organizational design, processes, technology, and other enabling capabilities to unlock measurable impact and TA value for the business
- You ensure that the spirit of the global TA transformation initiative is achieved by embracing regional and local intricacies
- You collaborate with all tiers of the P&O Ecosystem model in a way that drives comprehensive solutions
- Furthermore, you understand the TA processes and operations, industry innovation and trends as well as internal priorities to ensure the work of the team is aligned
- You act with strategic ownership of critical and sometimes ad-hoc TA-related initiatives

**What you need to make real what matters.**

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- A demonstrable track record delivering Talent Acquisition transformation, organizational change, and strategic content development to deliver business impact in an in-house capacity
- Experience leading large, cross-functional projects on a global scale by identifying and driving the right strategic path forward and guiding teams to solutions through effective communications and change management methodologies
- Extensive project management experience with an understanding of Agile
- Strong collaboration skills with experience in bringing together multidisciplinary teams
- Capability to craft and influence actions and outcomes across a global organization
- Deep financial savvy with a background in business planning processes
- Proficiency in communicating and influencing partners at various levels, encompassing diverse perspectives, and the ability to foster consensus building
- Highly focused on achieving results, with a proven history of delivering outcomes through motivated teams
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
