The client is a 31 bedded service specialising in care for older residents with dementia and additional physical disabilities. It provides excellent care and has bespoke in-house training for all its staff. In addition to all this there are great benefits providedto all nursing staff, such as;

Key Duties
- Managing Clinical standards within the home and maintaining NMC standards
- Working with the home manager to achieve high standards of care for the residents.
- Supporting other staff nurses in their clinical duties and offering advice and training for new staff
- Keeping up to date with audits of residents and actively planning care

We are looking for an individual who is a natural leader and looks to improve our service for the residents under our care. We are looking for clinical excellence and someone who sets a high standard for themselves and others around them.
