Job role: PMO Analyst
Location: Liverpool - hybrid (2 days WFH)

**Salary**: £33,000 - £45,000
Role overview
You will be supporting 4 Project Managers on a variety of projects ranging from technological and business focused. You will facilitate the project managers by writing reports, tracking resources, creating presentations and tracking the progress of the projects.
Key responsibilities:

- Working with the wider Technology Team along with Senior Management to capture the portfolio of work to be delivered within the upcoming year
- Create informative presentations and reports for the projects you will support on.
- Working alongside the Project Managers to track and manage portfolio / project progress
- Creation of portfolio status reports for Senior Management
- Arranging and attending regular portfolio meetings
- Tracking changes to portfolio priorities
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Project Delivery Support:

- Ensuring requests for project resources are created on time and challenging where necessary
- Working with the wider team to troubleshoot resourcing clashes
- Ensuring project milestones and deliverables are monitored and maintained
- Ensuring project highlight reports are drawn up and recorded
- Scheduling and attending lessons learnt workshops
- Working proactively to ensure lessons learnt are embedded within the delivery process

Essential:

- Previous PMO Analyst experience (minimum 2 - 3 years)
- Demonstrable experience of management of a portfolio of projects
- Ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders
