The Recruitment Team will discuss with you the different services we have available.

**Duties**:

- Supporting to socialise and access the community
- Encouraging independence
- Supporting people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including

making full use of their community and beyond.
- Providing personal, emotional support
- Driving people to different locations and activities
- Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and

friends.
- Supporting
- Supporting and encouraging personal and environmental space
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
- Household duties such as cooking, cleaning, laundry
- Shopping
- Social Outing
- And enjoying what you do

Shift patterns are 8+ hours.

Time variable.

You are required to work sometimes weekends

**Skills**:

- Experience in providing care support for individuals of all ages, including adults with

behaviours that challenge.
- Knowledge of support care practices and techniques.
- Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding Adults
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centred care.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and

healthcare professionals.
- Strong organisational skills to manage schedules and ensure timely completion of

tasks.
