Ingenuity Commerce is THG's proprietary, end-to-end technology and operating platform that has enabled the group to successfully build and scale its own global, direct to consumer ("D2C") brands, including market leaders Myprotein and lookfantastic. **About the role**:
The eCommerce Business Consultant role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual that can bring fresh and innovative thinking to our pre-sales process for Enterprise opportunities.

Working alongside the Strategy and Alliances Director and Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the proposal and pitch process. Your role will require you to understanding current client performance and growth ambitions and working with the Marketing function, propose innovative, exciting and commercially successful marketing activations for client growth. The role is fun and fast paced and you'll be part of a new team, approaching a new way of doing new business.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing function (influencer, studios, edit etc) to generate creative ideas for marketing activations covering awareness, consideration, acquisition, engagement, retention
- Create LTV models to demonstrate and proposed approach and validate commercial ambition
- Work with Business Development teams to ensure LTV models are commercially viable and present a compelling proposition to the prospective client
- Support in the creation of proposals by owning the marketing element of the narrative
- Present and pitch your ideas alongside a team of Ingenuity Commerce specialists

**The Person**:

- Commercially astute, ambitious and driven; hungry for success and responsibility.
- Experience of managing budgets, trading calendars, sales forecasts and marketing channel traffic overviews.
- Manages their time efficiently, enjoys problem solving and finding effective yet scalable solutions
- Experience of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment; online retailing knowledge preferable.
- Strong communication skills - has worked exceptionally as part of a wider team and has experience in managing others.
- Has client-facing experience or similar, working with third party/external partners
- Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with responsibility for decision making
