**HEAD OF RESIDENTIAL / CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR - Residential Lettings Agency**

**Location: Brighton & Hove, BN3**

**Salary: Circa £60k - Negotiable**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced, qualified and highly professional **Conveyancing Solicitor** to take a position as **Head of Residential** for a newly acquired / newly established law firm in the Brighton & Hove area.

This will include dealing with cases from inception to registration including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

**Skills: The skills required for thisHead of Residential / Conveyancing Solicitorrole will include**:

- Fully qualified solicitor
- 5 years post qualification experience
- Experience in residential property transactions
- Proven experience in residential property
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Attention to detail/disciplined individual
- Cheerful and friendly disposition at all times
- Someone who can work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail is imperative with great organisation skills
- Able to work under pressure and consistently hit deadlines
- Ability to think “out of the box”; we want people who look to improve the way things can be done
- Excellent communication skills and confident with IT systems
