**Customer Development**
- To recruit and maintain a quality applicant base to meet existing and anticipated customer requirements.
- To develop an applicant resourcing plan.
- To develop and implement an effective advertising process/campaign.
- To screen, interview, test (where appropriate) and reference applicants where applicable.
- To manage temporary recruitment process for customers.
- To negotiate, offers and start for temporary placements.
