**Elis is looking for a Production Lead to join our team**

**Responsibilities**:
Production Leaders within Elis are aspirational people who inspire and lead their teams through motivation and coaching to ensure operational excellence is achieved and Service excellence is maintained.

You willimplement and embed the policy, procedures, and practices within the setting enabling the production team to produce quality products which meet the customers packing requirements and that production is efficient and deliverable to meet demand.

As part of the role, you will ensure operationally we can support the growth in customer numbers and revenue, and still deliver exceptional service and aftercare.

You will ensure compliance with safety rules and legislation including correct training for staff working on plant and machinery in accordance with policy procedure.

You will constantly seek out opportunities to improve systems and procedures.

You will be given the support and most importantly the freedom to nurture and grow within your role.
