Balfour Beatty Ambassador

We have an exciting role for an Ambassador to join the team working closely with APH Account team, BB Plant department and BB sites, to agree priorities that lead to activities and actions on site that improve hire behaviours, reduce costs (inc damage and loss), improve safety/ security and introduce/launch products

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit BB Sites
- Carry out equipment audits
- Offer advice on: Damages, Loss,Off Hire dates, Costs, Security, Safety, Innovation, Proactive off hire
- Review damage and loss performance -offer advice on how these can be reduced
- Review pro-active off hire process at each site - offer advice on how it can be improved if required
- Arrange tool box talks and product demonstrations
- Communications internally and to Balfour Beatty
- Check legislative and Balfour Beatty Policy compliance
- Customer relationship management
- Rapid resolution of any issues raised by Balfour Beatty
- Introduce &, manage Continuous Improvement and product, service or technological innovations
- Provide accurate and timely reporting
- Attend site review meetings
- Identify and arrange ongoing training needs
- Provide best practice advice
- Provide information on new plant equipment which can offer added benefit to Balfour Beatty
- Oversee resolution of any issues
- Support any specific tasks / initiatives identified
- Support Balfour Beatty in the delivery and good usage of the Services
- Attend Balfour Beatty Sites on first day of accommodation installation introducing appropriate APH colleagues
- Complete first day on site report

**This role will be covering the South and Wales.**
