**THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hospitality department at Rangers Football Club as a Hospitality Administrator. This role will provide administration support for the VIP Hospitality operation of the business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Take responsibility for your working week, planning in advance, including a weekly report to your line manager with a status update on all tasks.
- Supporting the Hospitality department with administration duties as required.
- Supporting the department with account management of seasonal clients, as directed by the Hospitality Manager.
- Working alongside the Corporate Ticketing & European Travel department to assist with queries from corporate customers.
- Coordination of client benefits such as signed items, Director’s box tickets, mascots & corporate gifts.
- Coordinating all seasonal signage requirements and updates.
- Assisting the Senior Hospitality Executive and Corporate Hospitality Manager with the delivery of matchday operations.
- Maintain strong working relationships with other relevant business functions, including Commercial Partnership Sales, Marketing, Football Departments, Finance, IT, Facilities, Charity Foundation and others.
- Matchday working within the hospitality lounges.
- Responsible for ensuring client data is regularly reviewed and updated with applicable changes.

**THE CANDIDATE**
- Graduate Calibre or equivalent proven experience working within a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Engaging personality and able influencer with the ability to adapt to fresh challenges.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment
- A proactive approach to tasks, using your own initiative to move to the next task and ensure that tasks are seen through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently to achieve all aspects of role is a must.
- Good team player who is able to mentor and inspire their fellow colleagues, as well as an ability to work on own initiative.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- The hours of work will be 9.00am to 5.00pm, 5 days per week plus a match day. Working a match day involves both weekend and evening work when home matches take place.
