If this sounds like you, the Improvement Team at The Royal United Hospital in Bath is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the team.

The Improvement Programme has been established to improve and transform services for the people we care for, the people we work with and the people in our community, to maintain and implement the highest quality standards of care and ensure we are utilising our resources effectively. The Improvement Programme Management Office is responsible for ensuring the programme and the broad range of workstreams within it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supporting the delivery of the Improvement Programme in line with the Trust’s wider strategic vision and plans.
- Assisting the PMO Programme Manager and Programme Director - Financial Improvement Programme by providing effective administrative support and activity across the PMO.
- Providing oversight and organisation of the Improvement PMO documentation, monitoring the programme’s progression using the necessary, associated project and programme management tools and documentation.
- Taking a pro-active approach as the team resource and expert in PMO administration processes and systems.
- Championing and implementing the Trust’s Improving Together methodology.
- Working collaboratively and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders across the Trust.
