**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet & Greet Visitors
- Organising drinks & lunches (where required)
- Maintain client waiting areas
- Meeting room set up
- Switchboard - call handling
- Weekly fire alarm test
- Weekly fire extinguisher checks
- Administer incoming & outgoing post
- Processing client payments
- Office stock take and submitting purchase requests to Finance Officer for processing
- Administer petty cash and end of month banking
- Action and coordinate general office maintenance and facility requests
- General office admin duties as required (typing documents, filing, booking car wash, updating telephone list, etc)
- Organise client meetings for client managers
- Administer Books-in (client records) tracking process
- Issuing the Tidy Desk/Office Award

**Person Specification**

**EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 GCSE’s grade A-C
- NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent

**KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETANCIES**
- Ability to stay calm and conduct oneself in a professional and friendly manner at all times, even when working under pressure
- Being proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to effectively management own workloads and prioritise tasks to meet business demands
- Able to follow instruction and learn new tasks
- Commitment to continuous improvement of key areas of responsibility
- Have a flexible approach to work including working as part of a team and/or with little supervision on a day-to-day basis
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deal with sensitive situations tactfully

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-25 per week

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
