An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a friendly and supportive team as a Lifeline Installation Officer. This interesting role will provide professional support and reassurance to our customers through the installation of the Lifeline Service.

**About the role**

Lifelines help to make a genuine difference to our customers through monitoring and supporting their needs and helping them to feel safe living at home. As a Lifeline Installation Officer, you will have an understanding of Telecare equipment, and will be responsible for advising, demonstrating and installing the Lifeline equipment to a variety of different users and their families/carers.

As well as interacting closely with our customers, the role includes administrative duties relating to account management and stock control.

The role will work alongside a number of partner agencies; such local authorities and professional health groups to ensure customer’s needs and requirements are suitably met.

**To be successful you will need**
- A caring and compassionate approach.
- Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to carry out independent visits to customers’ homes.
- An understanding of the Lifeline service and how this can support independent living.
- Able to use hand and electric power tools (drills and screwdrivers) for the purpose of installation of equipment.
- Administration experience.
