**_Job Description: _**:

- **_Support the European Management team for all Finance administration activity _**:

- **_Manage the Finance environment to ensure smooth running of all facilities for staff, partners and clients _**:

- **_Build relationships with Ops and finance team and support their activities as requested _**:

- **_Undertake any other finance administrative duties _**:
**_Key Tasks: _**:

- **_Sales Ledger - 24 hour SLA on all invoicing from request is required as well as attention to accuracy not only in terms of coding but we deal in multi currencies and billing criteria are often bespoke. Submission of invoices to HSBC factoring for invoice finance. _**:

- **_Purchase ledger - inputting and preparing payment runs for Management sign off across Europe and upload to the bank. Again, attention to detail is critical as this is a multi-currency operation. _**:

- **_Payrolls - upload of payroll to the bank and to obtain necessary authorisation from Europe in a timely manner. These runs include payments to employees, sub-contractors and payments via Umbrella companies. Our total payroll estate in Europe is over 250 heads. _**:

- **_QBE or suitable finance qualification _**:

- **_Strong organisational skills _**:

- **_2-5 years experience within a finance assistant role _**:

- **_Hard working team player._**:
