**Job Details**

We want to improve the quality of life for people across Fife and we work with many different organisations, including tenants groups, to try to make that happen.

The role of the Retirement Housing Officer is to deliver Retirement Housing Services to a designated complex. The Retirement Housing Officer provides a range of welfare, monitoring and retirement housing assistance to tenants. The post is committed to promoting and assisting individuals to maintain their independence. The Retirement Housing Officer delivers advice and assistance to sustain independent living solutions to a designated complex / group of tenants and responds to emergency situations.

**The Person**

The normal working week is 9.00 am to 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday. A requirement of this post is to work on public holidays.

**Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland.**
