**About the Role**

**Base Location**: Reading, London, Perth or Glasgow

**Salary**: £44,100 - £66,100 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

In this newly created role, you’ll report to the Group Anti-Financial Crime Officer, supporting the enhancement and maintenance of a robust financial crime framework in accordance with the global Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) policy.
- You will manage the AFC Portal and ensuring it is up to date and produce Metrics/KPI’s, maintaining and improving internal records.
- Liaise with compliance and audit functions in respect of AFC matters and ensure lessons learnt which are captured and maintained on the AFC Portal.
- Assisting the GAFCO with internal investigations, responding to queries and providing advice to the group, follow-up actions, escalation.
- Facilitating Knowledge and Awareness, developing relevant AFC training to employees and assisting the GAFCO in advising the Business Unit Anti-Financial Crime Officers as required.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Previous experience ideally designing, implementing, monitoring and improving AFC programs.
- A good understanding of risk, compliance & regulation relating to Bribery and Corruption, Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering, CTF and CDD.
- Understanding of the energy sector and regulations.
- Working knowledge of FCA and other regulatory rules, including reporting requirements.
- Working knowledge of financial crime related legislation, including knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations 2017, JMLSG Guidance, Bribery Act and Fraud Act.
