The opportunity has arisen for two part time members of staff to manage the bar and other associated duties, sharing agreed hours between them, based on approximately 15 hours per week each, to include evenings and weekends. Our exceptional standards of customer service mean that applicants should be organised, sociable, quick thinking, reliable and able to communicate well and work under pressure. The role involves serving drinks and taking food orders, welcoming customers and general management of the bar and front of house, including telephone answering, room and table bookings, checking in of guests and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness.

Applicants should have their own transport, be enthusiastic, quick learning and flexible.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
