Foh Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**The Salutation Inn is an independent 17th Century pub situated near Castle Combe village & race track, focusing on fresh food, locally-sourced & artisan drinks, and excellent informal service. With a strong culture of incremental improvements, we have firmly established ourselves as the leading local pub in the local area over the last 2 years.**

**We are looking for a full-time supervisor to join our growing team. Balancing attention to detail with the friendliness of a local pub, we serve fresh British seasonal dishes from our newly installed open kitchen.**

**What we’re looking for**:

- **You will have proven hospitality experience with at least 2 years’ of experience.**
- **You will be the kind of person who wants to share your passion and knowledge for all things food and drink with both colleagues and guests**
- **Organised with the ability to multitask**
- **Keen eye for detail**
- **Able to communicate effectively with the skills to train colleagues**

**Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience in a pub, bar or restaurant and speak fluent English.**
