**Duties**:

- Negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible pricing for the company
- Review and analyze supplier contracts and agreements to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and requirements for goods and services
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and evaluate their pricing and quality
- Maintain accurate records of cost negotiations, contracts, and supplier information
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay informed about pricing changes

**Qualifications**:

- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may be necessary to communicate with international suppliers
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software and tools for data analysis

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
